Sourcing the land we build on
We source our package land from major developers who create whole communities, not just building sites.
We’ve learned to work with their investment protection covenants which ensure a high standard of housing and protect the aesthetic needs of residents.
Our homes and good siting practices
Our homes are pre-approved to ensure compliance with design guidelines that apply to the selected package site. Because of this (and to comply with energy efficiency pre-determinations) design changes cannot be made to the house plan; but there are many variations to choose from to personalise your home.
As Greensmart accredited builders, we are keen to ensure informal living areas have a shadeable northern aspect where ever possible, for abundant access to natural light throughout the day. Heating, cooling and ventilation indices are also pre-determined to ensure the home is energy efficiency compliant from the outset.
Simplifying the purchase process
Our package homes are comprehensively equipped with the pre-determined energy efficiency requirements from above plus floor coverings, driveways and entry paths, usually timber fencing to sides and rear, and when required turf and landscaping.
Colour selections
Of course you can make your own colour selections, or take advantage of our colour consultant’s experience in recommending a colour scheme for you.
Finishes
Packaged homes are usually finished in our Classic ranges of finishes and personalised with over 40 Deluxe items to choose from.
Other package options
In line with our simplifying philosophy we have prepared packages for alfresco areas (where not already included) home-entertainment, data/telephone, home automation, and two smart-wiring grids to power these packages.
About our packaging activities
Home and Land packaging has been an important component of the Company’s activities for over two decades. Though often restricted by the supply of new land at particular times, these packages are always popular.

As you’re probably gathering, much of the hard work is already done for you when you buy one of our packages but it won’t be until you have moved into your home that you appreciate just how much time and effort you’ve saved yourself with your purchase.
