Jandson Homes is a project home builder, working in the Sydney and Central Coast region.
In addition to the demolition, site works, and construction, we also attend to all the technical, administrative, and certification requirements, such as —
- Assessment and certification of NatHERS and BASIX requirements for energy efficiency ratings.
- Identifying and providing cost-effective solutions for problematic sites.
- Meeting the requirements of fire or flood prone land.
- Obtaining qualified reports for Geotech purposes.
- Obtaining special reports when required, such as for noise attenuation, contaminated, or hydraulics-affected sites.

Project type 1: Build on vacant land
Choose a Jandson vacant land project if you already have a site to build on or you intend to find the site yourself.
You provide a vacant block of land; Jandson builds your new home on it. More ...
Project type 2: Knock-down, rebuild
Choose a Jandson knock-down, rebuild project if you want to demolish an existing house and replace it with a new Jandson home.
You provide a site with an existing dwelling on it; Jandson arranges demolition, clears the site, and builds your new home on it. More ...
Project type 3: Home and land packages (None currently available)
It’s all done for you when you purchase a Jandson Homes house and land package. Choose this project type if you want a complete home and land package, or consider the investment opportunity of a display home sale and lease-back. Jandson helps you choose a site in one of Sydney's new land development suburbs, and builds your new home on it, within a single finance package.
Project type 4: Deluxe Home Range projects
After dealing with so many councils in recent years is has become clear that adopting standard designs to specific homesites is not always possible or feasible.
